We know your time is valuable and an unexpected illness or injury is not scheduled into your day. For your convenience, you can now select Reserve A Time on our website, so you and your family can wait at home – or wherever you are most comfortable – until your estimated visit time.

How to ‘Reserve A Time’

Visit our Location  page, and click ‘Reserve A Time’ under the Blount location.

You’ll need to provide the following information:

• Select the reason for your visit.
• Enter the patient’s information (name, date of birth and cell phone number).
• Select a convenient time for your visit.
• Check the box to receive text messages about when to arrive for your visit.
• Click ‘Confirm Me’!

Once you arrive at the clinic, please check in at the front desk kiosk!
